STEP 1/7
Cut onions, potatoes, carrots, and meat into bite-sized pieces. Place saucepan over medium heat, add butter and stir-fry beef once melted.
STEP 2/7
It's good to make sure the meat is seasoned because it's big. Add the salt and pepper and stir-fry until the color is gone.
STEP 3/7
Add the onions and stir-fry together. If you boil it for a long time, the onion doesn't have much presence by the time it's done. When onions become transparent, add 100ml of wine and 250ml of cold water and bring to a boil.
STEP 4/7
Roll it up when the bubbles come up. Reduce heat to low from here and add carrots, cover and simmer for an hour.
STEP 5/7
After an hour, keep the heat on low, add a can of sauce (add the solid stew at this time), a large spoon of ketchup, and potatoes, stirring constantly for about 20 minutes.
STEP 6/7
Just before you eat, add broccoli and cook it with residual heat! If you have mushrooms that you can stay at home, you can add them.
You can eat it raw, so you can add toppings after plating.
STEP 7/7
If you use solid stew, the soup becomes viscous, and if you use canned sauce, it becomes a smooth stew. Enjoy your meal!
