STEP 1/13
First, open the crab.
The taste of this food is full of crab eggs, and fresh crab really determines the taste.
STEP 2/13
If you open it, you can see the insides, so just remove the gills on both sides.
I don't eat the back skin, so I don't need to remove my mouth.
STEP 3/13
Please take care of the internal organs and eggs attached to the inside of the back shell.
These guys are going to cook together.
STEP 4/13
This dish is almost complete with a cleanly washed crab in running water.
STEP 5/13
Green onions and two onions
Prepare red pepper paste, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
STEP 6/13
Pour 2 pieces of minced garlic and 1/2 cup of soy sauce paper cup.
STEP 7/13
Add 3 tablespoons of red pepper paste, 3 spoons of mirin, 1/2 cup of paper cup water and mix well.
STEP 8/13
Prepare onions and green onions by slicing them.
STEP 9/13
Place crab on top and cover top with shredded onions only.
STEP 10/13
Sprinkle the cooked seasoning evenly on top, cover and bring to a boil over low heat.
STEP 11/13
And when you hear a boiling sound, open the lid in the middle and turn it upside down.
STEP 12/13
After tossing and turning, put the sliced green onion on top after 5 minutes later.
Then cover again and bring to a boil.
STEP 13/13
I opened it 4 minutes later, and you can see that it's boiling and the sauce is boiling well, right?
Turn off the heat if the onions are cooked well and the seasoning is too small.
If you mix it with white rice like this, it's done.
When the female crab is full of eggs, some of the eggs melt in the soup, making the seasoning more savory and thick and really delicious :)
