First, cut the chicken gizzard into 4 pieces and prepare the thick part because it is not cooked well.

And the only ingredient to prepare is whole garlic, so you can use whole garlic as it is, and I used it in half by length.
For your information, I only wrote Vietnamese pepper in the ingredients above. You can use soft pepper or you can add it together^^

Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat^^

Then, add garlic first, add flavor to oil, and bake garlic until golden brown.

Stir-fry Vietnamese peppers together until the garlic is slightly golden brown and flavor the oil.

If you stir-fry it until enough water comes out of the poop house and the moisture disappears, it's almost done. Then change the heat to high heat and add cooking wine to blow away the smell.

If you fly all the way to cooking wine, the last one is the liver. Stir-fry with salt and pepper to finish.

If you cut the pepper and salt in moderation, it's done!!
If it's not spicy, you can taste the stir-fried poop house with a clean spicy texture if you cut the fresh pepper sideways and stir-fry it a little more.

Chicken gizzard can smell bad, so don't forget to use cooking wine, and don't forget to stir-fry garlic first and smell the oil
