First, you have to boil the walnuts in boiling water. That's how you can get rid of the bitter taste of walnuts

Bring to a boil for about 5 minutes and strain to drain!

4 large spoons of soy sauce, 2 large spoons of tsuyu, 7 large spoons of oligosaccharide, 3 large spoons of sugar, and add or subtract more.
Please add 2 tablespoons of cooking wine and 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce!

Stir-fry walnuts that have been drained to a certain extent in a frying pan and drain thoroughly. If you stir-fry it too much, it'll burn, so just rummage it until the water disappears. :)
