Scrambled eggs, eggs, and egg dishes
The scrambled eggs are melting in my mouth. It's the best side dish, snack, or breakfast.

  • ground pepper

  • Butter

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Chop the onion as small as possible, and chop the green onion into small pieces.
I'm going to sprinkle green onions at the end.
STEP 2/6
Add 3 eggs, remove the string, add onions, add salt, pepper, and sugar, and mix with half a teaspoon each.
STEP 3/6
Add 100g of half a cup of milk and mix it again.
STEP 4/6
When the butter melts, turn down the gas stove and pour in the egg water.
STEP 5/6
Use a well-coated frying pan, and continue to scramble the bottom. Turn off the gas stove when it's cooked for 3 minutes or 2 minutes.
STEP 6/6
Sprinkle chopped green onions. The taste of the green onions is excellent.
Turn off the gas when it is undercooked. Otherwise, it's just fried eggs. I think it needs to be cooked more..Even if I think so, I turn off the gas stove and put it on a plate. It tastes completely different. If you sprinkle small green onions at the end, it's more delicious as it's chewed.
