Please marinate the chicken in milk.(I didn't have milk, so I just used it.)

Please make the sauce (4 tbsp red pepper powder, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp plum juice, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1/2 tbsp minced ginger, 1/2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp red pepper paste, and a little pepper).

Please prepare vegetables and rice cakes for Dakgalbi.

Cut chicken into appropriate sizes, mix in seasoning, and marinate in refrigerator for 5-10 minutes.

Pour a little water and stir-fry the chicken.

Add hard ingredients like sweet potatoes and carrots and stir-fry them.

Add rice cake, cabbage, onion, and green onion and stir-fry. Add soy sauce for the liver and red pepper powder to add more red.

Lastly, sprinkle 1/2 tablespoon of sesame oil and sesame seeds to finish. (If you have perilla leaves, please put them in.)
Please add vegetables to your liking. Add soy sauce for insufficient liver, and red pepper powder for red.
