I prepared noodles, pasta sauce, and shrimp meat.

Like tofu, there's water in the packaging, so throw away the water and rinse it slightly under running water.

I washed the shrimp under running water, defrosted it, ground 1 spoon of cooking wine, and ground pepper for 10 minutes

Grease a frying pan with plenty of olive oil and stir-fry minced garlic over medium heat to create a flavor.

When the garlic scent comes up, add the prepared shrimp and stir-fry it together. Control over medium heat so that shrimp and garlic don't burn!

When the shrimp is cooked, add 200g of sauce and cook it as if it's boiling once.

When it boils, add the noodles and stir-fry.

I put fried garlic and parsley as toppings, so tofu noodle pasta looks more delicious
