Making Rose Pasta Fontana Sauce Calories and Restaurant Ingredie
I don't know when it's been since I ate Western food at a restaurant, and I'm careful to eat out these days :) I can't go to a restaurant for a while, so what can I do if I miss it! I took out the ingredients from the refrigerator and freezer and made rose pasta myself. I'll record the sauce, recipes, and tips for ros pasta that you can make deliciously.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/14
The calories of the Fontana Rose Pasta sauce are not listed separately, so I looked it up on the website, but it's not listed. I think the spaghetti noodles are about 400 calories and the sauce is about 250 calories. Based on one serving, I think it's going to be about 650 to 700 kilocalories ^^:
STEP 2/14
It's good to make rose pasta with other ingredients such as shrimp, pollack roe, and bacon, but I made it with the ingredients in the refrigerator. I tried smoked chicken breast :)
STEP 3/14
I prepared the chicken breast by tearing it thinly with my hands. I think it would be good to defrost the chicken breast in the freezer naturally or in the microwave.
STEP 4/14
When the ingredients are ready, add plenty of water to the pot and boil.
STEP 5/14
When the water boils, add the prepared noodles.
STEP 6/14
It depends on the noodles, but if you use spaghetti noodles, it's good to boil for about 9 minutes ^^
STEP 7/14
Coat the cooked pasta noodles with olive oil once in a sieve so that the noodles do not stick to each other. (Keep 2 to 3 ladles without throwing away the noodles.)
STEP 8/14
Put 1 spoon of olive oil in a pan and add 1 spoon of minced garlic so that it doesn't burn over medium heat and stir-fry it deliciously.
STEP 9/14
When the smell of garlic cooking comes up, add the prepared chicken breast and stir-fry it over medium heat.
STEP 10/14
If you add about half the fontana ros pasta sauce here, it's perfect for two people to eat :) Please add or subtract the sauce according to your preference.
STEP 11/14
Add the sauce and stir-fry it on high heat for 2 minutes
STEP 12/14
Add the noodles and stir-fry them together.
STEP 13/14
I added 2 ladles of noodles that I kept separately to make the sauce thinner You can eat soft rose pasta with 1/2 cup of milk instead of noodles.
STEP 14/14
Stir-fry it on high heat for about a minute and then turn off the heat to make rose pasta
