Making a light stone egg baked in a rice cooker
There are likes and dislikes for boiled eggs because of their unique smell, but I think they are delicious and attractive whenever you eat them. I can't buy and eat eggs at jjimjilbang often like before, but there's an easy way to make them at home, so I made a delicious smoked egg after a long time no see ^^

Ingredients
  • Water
    1.5cup
  • egg
    7-8ea
  • Vinegar
    2spoon
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Please prepare the eggs first. Soak the eggs that were cold in the refrigerator in warm or lukewarm water enough to soak the eggs.
STEP 2/8
Add 2 spoons of vinegar.
STEP 3/8
Dissolve the vinegar water and wait for about 10 minutes
STEP 4/8
And carefully wipe the skin with running water (dirty water).
STEP 5/8
Transfer washed eggs to an electric rice cooker and add water. I added 1.5 cups of paper cups based on 8 eggs. ^^ Add water to half the egg. If there's a lot of water, it's hard to cook
STEP 6/8
Now, close the lid and cook. I used the high-power mode. If you don't have the same function, you can cook regular food.
STEP 7/8
^^ I've been cooking for 30-40 minutes and taking a break. ^^
STEP 8/8
The delicious egg is ready ^^
The key point tip of making stone-plate eggs is to control the amount of water as if it's going to sink or not
