Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
It's not spicy red pepper. It's mashed with green pepper. The color is pretty with red pepper in it, so I prepared 30g.
STEP 2/5
Combine 4 eggs, 1 tsp salt, and half a tsp baking powder. (If you don't have baking powder, you can skip it.). Add chopped red pepper and green onions and mix.
STEP 3/5
Place enoki mushrooms in a greased pan and slowly pour egg water from the center. It's cooked over medium heat.

Be careful not to burn, and turn it over using a wide spatula.
To make it look pretty, turn it over when one side is fully cooked, cook the other side a little, and turn off the gas stove. Then, when it is cooked to a certain extent, turn it over and place on a plate.

Cut it into pizza shapes with scissors. Or if you cut it into small rectangular shapes, it's good as a side dish.
Everything tastes good when it's seasoned.. I added a teaspoon of salt, and it was just right. If it's bland, dip it in ketchup. If you cover it with a plate at the end and turn it upside down, it won't rip. Please refer to the video above. This is good for side dishes and snacks.
