STEP 1/11
I prepared 100g of daikon and 2 half-dried squid
STEP 2/11
Peel the squid.
If it doesn't come off well, cover it with a kitchen towel and peel it off well.
Use a dry kitchen towel because it won't come off easily if it gets wet.
STEP 3/11
I washed the squid before I prepared it
STEP 4/11
Put the squid legs in boiling water and cook for 30 seconds
STEP 5/11
Add the body and cook for 1 minute.
If you cook squid for a long time, it will get tough, so cook it only slightly.
STEP 6/11
Cut the body of the squid into 2mm thick pieces
STEP 7/11
Wash the dried daikon thoroughly and soak it in cold water for 30 minutes.
Drain the soaked daikon on a strainer tray.
If you squeeze the dried radish too tightly, it becomes dry when seasoned.
STEP 8/11
Add the sauce and mix it well
STEP 9/11
Add daikon, squid, chopped cheongyang pepper and sauce
STEP 10/11
Mix it well and you's done
STEP 11/11
Make sure to put it in a side dish container and refrigerate it and enjoy it.
Dried radish contains a lot of calcium, which is good for osteoporosis and anti-aging, and squid contains protein and taurine, which is good for skin beauty and suppresses cholesterol.
The seasoned dried radish with half-dried squid is a side dish of rice thief that captivates the taste and nutrition.
