Costco's Seoraehyanggo was in the freezer, I also left the Sacheon galbi I ordered to taste it in Seoraehyang. I only ate jajangmyeon alone. Hahaha I cherished the pork ribs. So on the weekend, I'll stir-fry Sacheon galbi with Eohyangdong High School He made me Gosacheon galbi in Eohyang-dong. They only added cabbage and bok choy. Eohyangdonggo is a fish-flavored sauce made by chopping shrimp into shiitake mushrooms and frying them. It's similar to how we make shiitake pancakes with minced meat It's not meat, it's shrimp and it's fried. ^^

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
It is cabbage and bok choy, fresh vegetables prepared separately from vegetables in Eohyang Donggo.
STEP 2/11
It's Eohyang sauce and Eohyang Donggo. And there's a flower bun inside, and the flower room is steaming in a rice bowl. If you use a microwave, moisture will fly away and become hard, so it's good to steam it enough in a rice bowl.
STEP 3/11
It's Sacheon galbi from Seoraehyang. The ribs are really big and sturdy. The sauce tastes like spicy tofu stew.
STEP 4/11
First, put a little bit of oil and stir-fry the vegetables first. There is oil in the fish-flavored sauce, and chili oil in the Sacheon galbi, so I added a little and stir-fried it.

The stir-fried vegetables were seasoned with a torch once. I opened the bag and ordered it to be delivered, but I thought I did a lot of things.

Put in the fish sauce. First, stir-fry it on high heat.

Add the defrosted fish scent donggo and stir-fry it together.

And while stir-frying, I put all the finished delivery, Sichuan galbi!!! I thought it would be a bit spicy and salty, so I poured the broth and stir-fried it together.

My house that craves alcohol!! Another menu is sea squirt. Wash the sea squirt neatly and cut it in half to remove the flesh from the inside. And the skin tastes better when you use it as a glass. Then it becomes a glass of sea-scented liquor.

It is the flesh of a clear, milky stone sea squirt, which is slightly different from the orange red color of sea squirt sold. The scent of sea squirt is not as strong as that of sea squirt.
So I strongly recommend it to those who don't like sea squirt scents. That doesn't mean that there's no sea squirt scent at all. It gives off a scent that's not too much. Nevertheless, it is very delicious because it has the scent of the sea.
It was the best snack. Ahn Jung Hwan or Hyun Joo Yeop would be great. Picking and eating things like this myself lol

Eohyang-dong Go & Sacheon Galbi is complete. I'll put it on one side. On the other side, we should put a flower room steamed from the rice bowl.
