Add sugar, cooking wine, soy sauce, fish sauce, and pepper to the pork and mix them in one direction.

Place paper foil on oven pan and spread pork.

Cook in the oven at 120 degrees for about 20 minutes.

Cook 220 degrees for about 15 minutes.

Turn the meat over once and cook it in the oven at 220 degrees for about 10 minutes.

Cut the beef jerky into the desired size.
