Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
1. Please prepare the ingredients. (Tip. I used Samyang Ramen original for ramen. I like any ramen that you usually enjoy.)
STEP 2/7
Add ramen, powdered soup, and stock to boiling water and simmer over medium heat for about 30 seconds.
STEP 3/7
Add shiitake mushrooms and simmer over medium heat for about 3 minutes.
STEP 4/7
Add green onion and cheongyang red pepper and boil over medium low heat for about 30 seconds.
STEP 5/7
Turn off the heat and add sesame oil and mix well to finish.
STEP 6/7
Put shiitake mushroom ramen in a bowl and sprinkle green onions, cheongyang peppers and sesame seeds.
STEP 7/7
Shiitake mushroom ramen is done!!
