STEP 1/8
Prepare acorn jelly first.
I only used half of the acorn jelly I bought at the mart. (The other half will make the groom's favorite muk bowl :)
I forgot to take a picture, but I blanched the acorn jelly and seasoned it. Boil acorn jelly in boiling water for 1 to 2 minutes and take it out.
STEP 2/8
Prepare ingredients for Jongwon Baek acorn jelly.
I chopped up some carrots to give it a color. It's good to eat with lettuce, but I cut the perilla leaves into bite-sized pieces because I only have perilla leaves at home, not lettuce.
STEP 3/8
And chop the green onions and one cheongyang pepper for the Jongwon Baek acorn jelly sauce. Please prepare a proper amount of green onions.
STEP 4/8
I'm going to make Jongwon Baek acorn jelly sauce.
Add 5 spoons of soy sauce, 1 spoon of red pepper powder, 1 spoon of plum, and sesame seeds. Mix well and add chopped green onions and cheongyang peppers. I tend to eat boredom, so I put it in little by little, so it's good to taste it and add more seasoning.
STEP 5/8
Now put perilla leaves (or lettuce) and carrots in a bowl and cut acorn jelly into bite-size pieces.
STEP 6/8
Add the sauce and mix it well so that the acorn jelly doesn't get crushed.
- Don't put all the sauce at once, add little by little, and add it to your taste. (I only put half of the sauce I made.)
STEP 7/8
Acorn jelly salad made with Jongwon Baek acorn jelly sauce is complete!
I didn't have lettuce, so I made it with perilla leaves, but I liked it because it smelled like perilla leaves. It is said that acorn jelly is also good for dieting, so sometimes you can eat Jongwon Baek acorn jelly for a meal of dinner.
STEP 8/8
Jongwon Baek Dottori Muk Sauce, a taste that men and women of all ages like!
It's better because the seasoning is not too much, so I think it's good for dieting. It's the taste I had at a restaurant in the valley on a restaurant.
You can put in your favorite vegetables! It's seasoned Jongwon Baek that's good for dieting
