STEP 1/15
Jongwon BaekIn order to make one chicken, we need to make one chicken broth, right? I used chicken for chicken gomchangtang, so I washed it in running water and put it in. The Jongwon Baek teacher put a whole chicken in. You can put it in any way you want. I put chicken in a pot and put 2 cups of water in a paper cup. I think you can put it in until the chicken is submerged. And add green onions and onions to control the smell of chicken. And I didn't have cooking wine or soju at home, so I skipped it, but one Jongwon Baek chicken adds 1/3 cup cooking wine. If you have cooking wine or soju, please put it in.
And now, boil it to make chicken broth.
STEP 2/15
I wanted to eat some potatoes, so I sliced them thinly, took out the rice cakes from the freezer, defrosted them, and washed them in running water.
STEP 3/15
The Jongwon Baek teacher made the kimchi for one chicken. I think it would be delicious if you put this in when you make Jongwon Baek chicken noodle soup. I didn't have kalguksu at home, so I didn't put it in one Jongwon Baek chicken, but just ate it separately.
Dakhanmari Kimchi sold in restaurants is a special kimchi, and it is said to be white kimchi with a little red pepper powder and salted fish. But it is said that you can make a similar taste by washing the sour kimchi slightly at home. So I washed the sour kimchi at home a little bit.
STEP 4/15
I'm done preparing the ingredients for one Jongwon Baek chicken while the broth boils.
STEP 5/15
In the meantime, a Jongwon Baek chicken broth was made deliciously.
STEP 6/15
When the chicken is cooked to a certain extent, remove the chicken out.
The Jongwon Baek teacher said that it would be proper to eat it in a nickel-silver pot, and he moved the large amount to a pot, so I also moved the chicken to a nickel-silver pot at home.
STEP 7/15
And I'm going to put the pre-made chicken broth in the chicken pot.
Pour a chicken stock into a strainer, filter out all the ingredients, and add the stock.
STEP 8/15
If you added chicken and broth, add rice cake and potatoes.
And I added a little bit of green onion.
If you eat it like this, it doesn't taste like anything, so you can season it with salt and pepper. I put in a pinch of salt and pepper. And boil it on low heat.
STEP 9/15
I'm going to make you a Jongwon Baek chicken sauce, too.
First, make water peppers.
Bring to a boil 1 cup of water (based on paper cups) in a pan. And put 2 spoons of red pepper powder in a separate bowl.
One Jongwon Baek chicken has thick red pepper powder, but I used regular red pepper powder.
STEP 10/15
When the water boils, pour it into the red pepper powder.
If you pour it like this and leave it, the red pepper powder will be swollen with water and thickened.
STEP 11/15
Chop the onions and cabbages for the sauce. And mix the shredded onions and cabbage well.
Onions and cabbages will serve as a substitute for chives!
STEP 12/15
Now, I'm going to make soy sauce.
Add 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1 spoon of sugar, 1/4 cup vinegar, and 1 cup water and mix well. I'm going to make a small amount, so I put in less than the amount I told you before. The ratio of Jongwon Baek chicken soy sauce is based on the above, so you can refer to it and make it.
STEP 13/15
Did you mix the shredded onions and cabbage well?
Put as much as you want in a bowl as you want.
STEP 14/15
Place a small amount of minced garlic and bran in a bowl.
So that you can take as much as you want!
STEP 15/15
It's the right way to eat it while boiling it!
It was good to eat chicken quickly because it was boiled once.
The soup was perfect!
The sauce was so attractive, so I ate it while saying, "Wow. One chicken that you don't buy because it's so delicious even if you eat it at home. I'm actually buying it because I'm lazy to make it, but.. :)
Jongwon BaekOne chicken sauce is not irritating and the onions are not spicy at all. I like the texture of cabbage because it's alive.
Enjoy eating one Jongwon Baek chicken with your family!
