From basic tteokbokki, jajang tteokbokki, soy sauce tteokbokki, cream tteokbokki, and seafood tteokbokki, the transformation of tteokbokki is endless. I'm going to make rose tteokbokki today! I'll add a bit of mala sauce and make a delicious spicy rose tteokbokki

  • Tteokbokki and rice cake

  • Cabbage
    100g
  • Bok choy
    30g
  • leek

  • white wood ear mushroom
    50g
  • fish cake
    100g
  • Bun hat noodles

  • Pork
    100g
  • Mara sauce
    90~120g
  • whipped cream

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Cut bok choy into three pieces,
Cut the green onion into thick pieces.
Chop the onion and cabbage into large pieces, too.
STEP 2/6
Adjust the amount of fish cake according to your preference,
Cut the soaked wood ear mushrooms into bite-size pieces.
STEP 3/6
Stir-fry pork with salt and pepper,
When the meat is cooked
Add the onion and green onion.

Add the remaining vegetables, fish cake, and rice cake.

When the vegetables are out of breath
Add rice cake and mala sauce.
STEP 6/6
Lastly, add whipped cream and boil it. It's done.
Adjust the spicy taste with the amount of sauce.
