STEP 1/8
Mix rice and glutinous rice. A little bit of glutinous rice!!!
STEP 2/8
Wash the rice in cold water and give it to them. Wash until almost clear water comes out. Then, strain it through a sieve. This is washed rice.
STEP 3/8
Put the drained washed rice in a pot.
STEP 4/8
And pour the broth. The broth is natural seasoning seafood broth. If you add broth, you can make rice with a lot more flavor and a lot more glossy.
If you don't have broth, just put a piece of kelp in the water is enough. It's better to put less rice water than the existing amount. There's glutinous rice in it, and there's water coming out of course. It's because it's rice that was washed together.
For example, if the rice water is 1 cup, in this case, you can add only 1/2 cup.
STEP 5/8
Make the sauce while the rice is boiling. It's a sauce to mix with oyster rice.
[Seasoning ingredients] 5 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of plum extract, 2 tablespoon of cooking wine, 2 tablespoon of broth, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of green onion, 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder
While the rice is ready, put it in the refrigerator and let it ripen for a while. Actually, it's best to make it a day before and let it ripen.
STEP 6/8
If the water does not flow and the water disappears after boiling as the rice water flows, move it over medium heat and put the washed and drained oyster on top. Then, close the lid and boil over medium heat for another 10-13 minutes.
STEP 7/8
The rice starts to smell like scorched rice. It means that the bottom is pressing down and the moisture is gone.
Then turn off the heat and leave the lid open and leave it closed for about 10 minutes.
Don't open the lid in the meantime. <UNT_PHL> If it's been about 10 minutes, open the lid. The chewy and well-cooked rice and glossy hot pot rice have been completed.
STEP 8/8
Stir the rice well and serve it in a bowl. I'm going to mix it with soy sauce. You can put the seasoned soy sauce in a small bowl and eat it according to your preference. Oyster pot rice is completed with a glossy and chewy smell and texture of oysters.
