Slice 1/3 carrot, 1/2 green onion, 1/2 onion, 1/2 paprika into similar lengths, and cut cilantro into 4 pieces

Put 2T of olive oil in a pan and stir-fry 1T of minced garlic

Add carrots, onions, and paprika and stir-fry slightly

Stir-fry sliced pork belly quickly over high heat

Stir-fry 1T of oyster sauce and 1T of fish sauce

Stir-fry pork belly oil and seasonings quickly over high heat

Lastly, season with fish sauce, add a little pepperoncino, and mix
