STEP 3/5
I'd like a fried egg, please.
You can cook the eggs to your liking. My taste is sunny side up, but when I put it in a sandwich, it's hard to eat if the yolk drips down. Cook the yolk almost to make a fried egg.
STEP 4/5
Now that I'm done with the work, I'll officially start making bagel sandwiches.
On the bottom of the bagel with cream cheese
Lettuce -> Egg -> Sliced Ham -> Crami -> Cheddar Cheese
Please put it up.
Especially, don't put the creamy one on top. You can just rip it off and put it on top.
You can cover the top of the bagel and complete it, right?
STEP 5/5
I put it on a plate.
There are various ingredients inside, right? So when I take a bite, I really like the satisfaction of giving various ingredients in my mouth.
I cut it in half. Crami with a lot of cream in it stands outstanding. The yolk of the fried egg is almost cooked, so it's clean and pretty without slipping down.
How does it taste?
I used a less strong sauce. Cream cheese and mayonnaise!
Therefore, the taste was not strong and soft. Should I say that the sauce doesn't interfere with the harmony of the flavors of the various ingredients?
