Cut bagels in half and bake in a dry pan until golden brown.

Spread cream cheese on bottom of baked bagels and mayonnaise on top.
I just put on the sauce at home. It would be nice to make it with Whole Grain mustard sauce, right? I just put mayonnaise on it.

I'd like a fried egg, please.
You can cook the eggs to your liking. My taste is sunny side up, but when I put it in a sandwich, it's hard to eat if the yolk drips down. Cook the yolk almost to make a fried egg.
