How to make corn cheese with waxy corn in the freezer
The waxy corn planted in the garden was steamed, and the grains were removed separately and frozen in the freezer. It is used as a very good ingredient for a long winter vacation. For the spicy taste of glutinous corn and adult children, we added Cheongyang red pepper to make simple corn cheese.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Chop 1/4 large onions in a heated pan and stir-fry them over medium to low heat with 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise.
STEP 2/5
When the onions are cooked transparently, add 2 cups of waxy corn and stir-fry them evenly.
STEP 3/5
Add 2 sliced cheongyang peppers, a little herb salt, and stir-fry together.
STEP 4/5
Lastly, add 100g of pizza cheese and mix evenly.

And cook over low heat to melt the cheese.
