Today, I cooked Yeol Ramen with soft tofu hot ramen. I only put in 1/2 of the ramen and put in soft tofu instead... Should I say it's a healthy food? Or should I say it's simply a calorie collaboration between ramen and soft tofu? Since the calories of soft tofu are lower than 1/2 ramen, I have false expectations that if I do it, I will gain less weight than if I put all of it in. If you enjoy it, it's 0 calories! Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
When you cook ramen, you put water in the pot, right? Please add 400ml.
Water comes out of soft tofu, so you need to add less water than the amount of ramen you cook to make it not bland ramen.
Add water and 1/2 soft tofu.
If you boil soft tofu with water, it's good that the soft tofu is well cooked to the inside, and the fishy smell of tofu will disappear, so I did this.
You can use whatever timing you want to put in soft tofu. You can add ramen when the water boils.

When the water boils, add the powder soup one at a time, and add 1/2 noodles.

Be careful not to mess up the soft tofu and cook the ramen noodles gently with chopsticks.

When noodles are cooked, add chopped green garlic and egg whites in turn. I put the egg yolk in a bowl and set it aside for decoration.
And spoon-cut soft tofu into bite-size pieces. You can use the size of soft tofu as much as you want, right? I like the shape of the soft tofu to be alive rather than breaking it into small pieces, so I cut it in two or three times.

Yeol Ramen with soft tofu in it! I was really curious about how it would taste. So I quickly took a picture and ate it. The taste was more than I imagined. With soft tofu, the spicy taste of Yeol Ramen is slightly weakened, but it goes well with the softness of soft tofu!
