I used 1/4 head of kimchi. Please cut it.

I used two slices of green onion. I cut it because I'm going to make green onion oil.

Add cooking oil to the heated pan

Add chopped green onions and add enough green onion oil over high heat.

Then, lower the heat to medium and add 1T of thick soy sauce.

Add 1T of sugar, please. Stir-fry it for about 10 to 20 seconds.

Also, I put sliced kimchi.

I used 2T for red pepper powder. If you want it less spicy, use less.

Please put in two bowls of rice.

Stir-fry the rice grains so that the seasonings soak in well.

Now turn off the gas stove. I'm putting in 2T of sesame oil.

Please add 1T of sesame seeds.
There's residual heat left in the gas stove, so make sure to turn off the heat when you put in sesame oil and sesame seeds

You can mix it well and eat it!

Lastly, please make a fried egg!
The key is not to break the yolk! It's better if you mix it with half-cooked kimchi fried rice.
When you add rice and stir-fry it, stir it evenly, pressing it so that the sauce can soak in well
