Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
I used 200g of shredded beef.
Other parts are fine.
Wipe the blood off with a kitchen towel and cut it into bite-size pieces.
STEP 2/7
Mix beef with 3 tablespoons of thick soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oligosaccharide, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, and enough pepper.
STEP 3/7
We also use 7 to 8 pieces of cabbage. Add a little bit of salt to the boiling water and cook the thick part first.
It doesn't break when it's cooked well.
Add salt according to the amount of water so that the cabbage can be seasoned.

Squeeze the water out of the cabbage and drain it again with a kitchen towel.

Cook seasoned beef.

Place 3 or 4 sheets of cabbage on top of each other depending on the size, and spread the leaves wide.
It's easy to roll it with seaweed.
STEP 7/7
If you cut it lightly, it cuts well.
The seasoning was just right, so I didn't need any other sauce.
Drain the cabbage well before using it. Use seaweed feet to roll it tightly while pulling it. Please refer to the video above.
