Season the meat with salt, pepper, ginger, herbs, etc

Add the meat and boil it over low heat for about an hour, then turn it upside down and boil it for another hour. When the beer is all boiled down, I sometimes pour water.

When the meat is done, bake it in the oven for about 40 minutes with the skin facing up. Depending on the oven conditions, the skin is baked crispy to the point where it burns.

Remove the wood and slice as thin as possible
It takes a long time to cook pork in a round shape. If you don't like dry parts, try using pork belly
