How to boil dried bracken;
1) Soak 80g of dried bracken in cold water,
Please soak it for 5 to 6 hours.

Place in a bowl, add seasoning ingredients.
(minced garlic 1ts, soy sauce 2ts, soy sauce 1ts,
Perilla oil 1ts, cooking oil 3ts, sugar 1ts,
2Ts of chopped green onion, 2C of bottled water)

Put bracken seasoning in a thick pan,
Over medium heat, until the soup is almost reduced
Please boil it down.
(If the bracken is stiff in the middle
Cover and cook)

Turn off the heat, add 1ts of sesame oil and 1ts of sesame oil
Spray it and toss it around. It's done
(Add salt for insufficient liver)
