Soak dried bracken in cold water for 12 hours.
Change the water three or four times in the middle.

1. Pour water into the soaked bracken and bring to a boil over high heat.
2. Turn it down to medium heat when it boils.
3. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
4. If you leave it for an hour, the bracken becomes softer and the unique old smell of dried bracken is also removed.

Rinse the soft bracken once and drain on a strainer

Cut bracken into 5cm pieces

Add the sauce to the bracken and mix

Add bracken and 150ml of anchovy stock over medium heat.
Boil the anchovy stock until it is halved.

Add 2 tablespoons of perilla powder, stir, and turn off the heat

Add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and wrap it up

The savory stir-fried bracken is done.
It is a more savory and delicious stir-fried bracken with anchovy broth and perilla powder.
While the dried bracken is soaked in water, you have to change the water three or four times to remove the old smell of bracken.
