Cut tofu into bite-size pieces and season with pepper and salt.

When 2L of water boils, add 2 tablespoons of salt and 200g of spaghetti and boil it for 8-10 minutes.

While noodles are cooked, slice garlic and shred onions and perilla leaves.

Grease a heated pan and stir-fry sliced garlic.

Put the garlic on one side and grill the seasoned tofu front and back.

Add chopped onions and stir-fry with garlic.

When tofu is baked, put tofu in a separate bowl, add 1 cup of milk, 1 cup of whipped cream, and 1 tablespoon of miso paste, and boil it.

When the cream sauce boils, add the boiled spaghetti noodles and mix them well.
If the sauce is too thick, adjust the concentration with cotton water.

Place spaghetti in a bowl and top with grilled tofu and shredded perilla leaves.
If you want to reduce the greasiness, add pepperoncino.
