STEP 1/9
Prepare 120g of ripe kimchi and cut it into small pieces with scissors.

Chop 1/4 onions and a little green onion.
STEP 3/9
Put cooking oil in a heated pot over medium heat
Add 100g of minced pork and stir-fry.
STEP 4/9
When the meat is cooked, add kimchi and 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder
Stir-fry for 3-40 seconds.
STEP 5/9
Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and stir-fry it again.
STEP 6/9
Pour 250ml of water and onion,
Add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and simmer.
STEP 7/9
When the soup boils, add 300g of soy sauce and bring to a boil.
STEP 8/9
Season and add anchovy sauce or salted shrimp.
STEP 9/9
Lastly, put the green onion on top and it's done!
