Diet Gimbap Making Sweet Potatoes Kimchi Gimbap Using Sweet Pota
Sweet potatoes and kimchi are a fantastic combination! I made sweet potato kimchi gimbap using sweet potato instead of rice. It feels like everything tastes amazing when you eat it with seaweed, is it just me?!

  • Sesame oil

  • Cabbage
  • Mayonnaise
  • Srirachasus
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Boil and mash one or two sweet potatoes.
STEP 2/8
Prepare 2 sheets of seaweed for kimbap. Wet the seaweed slightly so that it doesn't fall apart from each other.
STEP 3/8
Place mashed sweet potatoes on top and spread evenly.
STEP 4/8
If you put the old kimchi as it is, the seasoning may come out, so rinse it in water, squeeze it out, add 1 spoon of sesame oil, mix it slightly, and put it on top of the sweet potato.
STEP 5/8
I put shredded cabbage on top to eat healthier.
STEP 6/8
Roll it in two and cut it. I've seen somewhere that kimbap is cut much better if you cut it with a bread knife than a regular kitchen knife. lol

It's cut much better than when you put in rice.^^
STEP 8/8
I was bored for some reason, so I used mayonnaise and Sriracha sauce to decorate it
