Chewy braised stingray recipe for our own side dishes

  • thick soy sauce

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
1) Wash one dried stingray and soak it in lukewarm water
2) Depending on how dry it is, the time it's called varies, so if you think it's soft, it's all soaked
3 ) Put it on a steamer and steam it for about 10 minutes on medium heat
