STEP 1/9
Cut the chives into 3cm intervals and prepare them.

Put eggs, 2 pinch of salt, and 1 pinch of pepper in a bowl and mix them finely using the desired cooking utensils.

Pour 3T of cooking oil into a preheated pan and stir in the beaten eggs, as if making scrambled eggs

Store in a bowl.

Then, melt 2T of butter in the preheated pan

Add shrimp and stir-fry it.

When the shrimp is cooked properly, add scrambled eggs and stir-fry.

When all the ingredients are properly stir-fried, add chives and stir-fry.

When the chives start to lose their breath, sprinkle 1T of roasted sesame seeds to complete the stir-fried egg shrimp.
I added chives, but you can add chives instead of chives.
I thought the color would be prettier if there was green.
Stir-fried egg shrimp is good to make as a side dish, but I think it will feel full even if I make it as a breakfast brunch instead of rice.
And I think it'll be delicious on top of the bread that's crispy on butter.
I imagined it.
