Ingredients

  • Eggs

  • Red pepper powder

  • Cooking oil
    2TS
  • Salt

  • Oyster sauce

  • the liquid of tuna

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Put 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pot, add chopped green onions, stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes, and add green onion oil.

Then turn off the heat and add 1/2 tablespoon of red pepper powder and 1/2 tablespoon of salt to make chili oil.

Then add 3 cups of anchovy broth or rice water paper cups, 1 tablespoon of tuna sauce, and 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce.
