STEP 1/10
Wash the half-dried squid clean and remove the bone in the middle of the squid. And remove it after wearing it.

Peel the squid with salt, kitchen towel, sponge, etc. If you peel it, you can eat it more softly, but you don't have to peel it.

Cut the cut squid into bite-size pieces.

Put 3.5T of thick soy sauce, 3T of red pepper powder, 1T of sugar, 1T of minced garlic, 1T of alcohol (soju, cooking wine, etc.) and 2T of water in a bowl and mix well.

Cut 1/2 onion into cubes, cover pan with cooking oil, and stir-fry.

When the squid is done, add a handful of sliced green onions and stir-fry.

Stir-fry for an additional minute or two, and when the green onion is done, turn off the heat and add 0.5T of sesame oil. And mix it well.

Put stir-fried squid in a bowl and sprinkle sesame seeds on top, and you're done with the spicy stir-fried squid is delicious!
If you add sesame oil at the end, the flavor comes to life.
