I found this while window shopping There was mala shrimp as a meal kit. Huh? What's this? Malaxianguo... It's not that. Malaxianguo It's a very hard-shelled guy,, It's just white-legged shrimp So, the skinless ones in the freezer!! tail-only I made mala shrimp using cocktail raw shrimp. I only use 1 pack of mala sauce and add two more fish sauce I seasoned it. I don't even want to peel shrimp...[Laughing] I don't like that trash either

  • Cocktail shrimp

  • King oyster mushroom

  • Garlic

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Add oil and stir-fry green onions and sliced garlic over high heat.
STEP 2/7
If you have green onion oil, add shrimp and stir-fry it together.
STEP 3/7
Add the mushrooms and stir-fry them. It needs chewy texture and it's nutritionally good.
STEP 4/7
If it's stir-fried to a certain extent, use a torch to make it smell like fire.
STEP 5/7
Add mala sauce, soy sauce, and oyster sauce and stir-fry them together.
STEP 6/7
Add starch water and adjust the concentration. If you think it's bland after tasting it, you can season it with two heads.
More than salt, Mr. Du!! If it was just raw shrimp with skin, it wouldn't have come out this much water, but if you use raw shrimp, you can determine whether starch water is used or not.

The grains that are chewed in between... I think mala is what you eat because of this tangy taste. It tastes quite different from our red pepper powder.
I sprinkled a bit of parsley powder. Mala shrimp made using frozen shrimp is complete.
