Ingredients
  • Radish kimchi
    300g
  • Beef sirloin
    250g
  • instant rice

  • Oligosaccharide

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Prepare 300g of kkakdugi and cut it into bite-size pieces.
STEP 2/10
Prepare 1/2 green onions and chop them.
STEP 3/10
Put cooking oil on a medium heat pan
Add green onions and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
STEP 4/10
Add 250g of beef sirloin, sprinkle with salt and pepper and stir-fry.
STEP 5/10
When the meat is cooked, add kkakdugi.
STEP 6/10
Next, add kkakdugi, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce,
Add 5-6 tablespoons of kkakdugi soup and stir-fry for 5-6 minutes.
STEP 7/10
Pour about 50ml of water and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
STEP 8/10
Add 1/2 tablespoon of red pepper paste and 1 tablespoon of oligosaccharide and stir-fry again.
STEP 9/10
Add 2 pieces of instant rice and stir-fry it.
STEP 10/10
Lastly, taste it and add a bit of oyster sauce!
