STEP 1/9
Cut the carrots into cubes, please. I'm going to put it in a blender, so you don't have to cut it evenly, just cut it into the right size.
STEP 2/9
in a blender
1 carrot, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup milk, 1 tablespoon cooking oil, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt
Put it in, please.
STEP 3/9
Turn the blender until you can't see the carrot grains.
STEP 4/9
Place the ground carrot in a mixing bowl, add 1 cup almond powder and mix evenly.
The raw almond powder may clump together, so you have to stir the almond powder.
STEP 5/9
Sprinkle a bit of cooking oil on the cooker and wipe it off with a napkin.
STEP 6/9
Now, pour the carrot cake batter, right?
STEP 7/9
Put it in an electric rice cooker and set it to 40 minutes with the multi-purpose steam function!
STEP 8/9
It's done!
I thought the carrot color would be bright orange, but the yellow color is strong enough to make it look like a pumpkin cake. I think it's because I added milk. The milk must have changed the orange color of the carrot to yellow
STEP 9/9
A simple, sweet, and delicious almond powder carrot cake has been completed!
I ground carrots and made them, so they came out closer to yellow than orange, but when I taste it, it definitely tastes them. But that doesn't mean that the carrot tastes strong. I like it because it's mixed with other ingredients and I can feel the subtle scent of carrots. I use almond powder instead of flour, so it's less burdensome to eat while dieting. And I think it's easier to digest than a cake with flour. More than anything, I think it's the best to be able to eat carrots deliciously. I think it would've been okay if I didn't add any sugar. Then I can eat it more plainly and I think it'll be healthier.
It's made of almond powder, so it's good for dieting, and it's easy to make it into an electric rice cooker.
