STEP 1/9
There are many recipes for Jongwon Baek, but I use the pancakes at home
If you don't have enough pancakes, you can eat rice cake, dumplings, and fish cakes
If you add more, the jeon stew is full and delicious
STEP 2/9
Cut the radish into pieces and add the broth and boil
I used fresh water for the Jongwon Baek recipe
I didn't cook rice separately, so I used the broth
STEP 3/9
When the radish is half cooked, put in the pancake
Put sliced onion and green onion and red pepper in the middle
If you add fish cake soup with dumplings, you can have a meal without rice
If you don't have tofu jeon, put tofu in perilla oil or cooking oil
If you put it up, tofu is really good
STEP 4/9
Put the Korean soy sauce and salted shrimp in between the edges
STEP 5/9
Add minced garlic and red pepper powder
STEP 6/9
Pour the rice water or broth so that the pancake can be soaked in half
Hold onIf you put the pancake in it and boil it over high heat, the pancake can be melted
Pour the broth in half of the pancake and boil it over medium low heat
If you look at the seasoning, it's a bit salty and right before putting it on the table
Add more broth and season it
If you pour a lot of broth and boil it, the pancake will melt and it can be messy
STEP 7/9
Boil it and eat it at the table
You can eat it like a luxurious dish as much as any other stew
STEP 8/9
I'll put the pancake on the plate and add rice cake and dumplings
Without rice, I was able to eat a meal with just the stew
STEP 9/9
If there's some left over, I'll go into the freezer and eat it
If you use jeon or pancake, it can be reborn as a really delicious stew
