Make a simple rice with fish roe and mix it deliciously!
I wanted to eat something that wasn't too much! I made a rice with fish roe in the stone pot. It's also my favorite dish among the dishes made with flying fish roe. It's easy to make and easy to eat. I'll make flying fish roe rice!

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Prepare ingredients to make flying fish roe rice.
First, I prepared flying fish roe. I defrosted it first because it's a flying fish egg in the freezer. And after defrosting it, I put it in a sieve and washed it under running water. Usually, if you take out the flying fish eggs in the freezer or at room temperature for about 20 minutes, they will thaw quickly. You can use it right after defrosting it like this, but just in case, add flying fish roe to soju for about 10 minutes to get rid of the fishy taste. I used about 1 cup of soju. Then wash it again under running water.
Flying fish roe used about 3 spoons for cooking.
And chop the pickled radish and crab meat. I used 3 rows of pickled radish and 2 pieces of crab meat. I didn't take a picture, but I cut the carrots into small pieces. I didn't have sprout vegetables at home, so I cut the leaves of the water parsley and prepared them for me. If you have sprout vegetables, please prepare them!

Cut kimchi into small pieces and mix well with 0.3 spoons of soy sauce, 0.5 spoons of sugar, 1 spoon of sesame oil, and sesame seeds.

If you want to eat fish roe rice properly! I'm going to put it in an earthen pot and eat it!
Put 1 spoon of sesame oil in an earthen pot and spread it out.
And spread out the cold rice that you had at home as if you were laying it on the floor of the earthen pot. After that, place the prepared pickled radish, carrot, crab meat, water parsley leaves, and kimchi.

And if you put the flying fish roe in the middle, you're almost done making the flying fish roe rice.
Now turn on the gas on low heat. If you hear the patting sound, you can turn it off after 5 more minutes, but I wanted to eat the bottom crispy, so I turned it off on low heat for about 10 minutes.

And now you have to eat delicious flying fish roe rice. It looks so pretty and delicious. Sometimes when a customer comes in a hurry, when it's hard to make side dishes, they make and serve flying fish roe rice, and they eat it deliciously. It seems like a difficult menu, but it's actually a very easy menu.
