Spanish tapas! Making Grilled Mushrooms
I made grilled mushrooms at home that I ate in Madrid, Spain. It was a simple and delicious dish, so it went well with wine and beer.

  • mushroom

  • Garlic
    15ea
  • Bacon
    3ea
  • parsley powder
    1T
  • olive oil
    4~6T
  • Salt

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/12
Press the core of the mushrooms lightly and separate them by turning them to the side by side.
STEP 2/12
Please trim all the mushrooms.
STEP 3/12
Chop about 15 whole garlic into large pieces.
STEP 4/12
Prepare 3 rows of bacon in small pieces.
STEP 5/12
Sprinkle parsley 4 to 6 times on top of chopped ingredients.

Mix the ingredients well.
STEP 7/12
Stir-fry the ingredients in a frying pan. Stir-fry garlic until it is fully cooked. Put the stir-fried ingredients separately in a bowl.

Place olive oil in a frying pan about 3T, then turn the mushrooms over and cook. Sprinkle a pinch of salt.
STEP 9/12
Turn all over when the back is golden brown. Add about 3T of oil.
STEP 10/12
Place plenty of ingredients in the mushroom.
STEP 11/12
If you run out of oil, add olive oil. And sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
