Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Fold the perilla leaf in half and roll it like pulling the crab meat.
STEP 2/4
Add 3 eggs, a little salt (0.5 tsp) and 1 tbsp curry powder.
Curry powder is seasoned, so you can't add too much salt
If there is no curry powder, season with salt.
STEP 3/4
Dip it in egg water and cook it on the bottom first, which is easy to dissolve.
STEP 4/4
Put the sesame leaf jeon in the remaining egg water.
When I did 9 crab meat pancakes and 6 perilla leaf pancakes, 3 eggs were perfect
