  • Cellophane noodles
    200g
  • Sirloin with pork
    100g
  • Mushrooms
    1/2cup
  • onion
    1ea
  • Carrot
    1/2ea
  • Cooking oil
    1spoon
  • thick soy sauce
    4spoon
  • Sugar
    2spoon
  • Sesame oil
    4spoon
  • Flower salt
    1little
  • Sesame
    1little
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Soak the glass noodles in water for 30 minutes, and trim the vegetables in the meantime.
STEP 2/5
Boil the noodles soaked in boiling water for 10 minutes.
STEP 3/5
Add vegetables in the order of meat-onion, carrot-mushroom-(green onion).
STEP 4/5
Add spinach when the meat is almost done, and remove the stir-fried vegetables when the spinach is about to die.
STEP 5/5
Mix the boiled glass noodles, stir-fried vegetables, and sauce well to complete!
You can eat jajangmyeon and fried eggs with japchae rice sold in Chinese restaurants!
