Wash LA ribs 2-3 times.

Put galbi and cider in 2L water and drain the blood for about 2 hours. Sprite not only has a softening effect, but it also tastes better.

1 slice of pineapple, onion, pear, apple, 1/3C water,
Cut ginger and garlic into small pieces and grind them finely.

Squeeze the finely ground seasoning into a hemp cloth and mix it with the mustard, grain syrup, soy sauce, brown sugar and sesame oil.

Add a medium size coke.

Put galbi in the sauce and wet it
Put it in a container and soak it thoroughly, and ripen it for more than 6 hours on top of the green onion.

Grill marinated ribs in a frying pan until the soup is absorbed.
The point is to wash the ribs, add cider, drain the blood, and add a bottle of coke (medium) to the seasoning. I put a lot of fruit in the seasoning.
