Onion Cheese Cookies :: No Butter Baking
While organizing some spices I have in the freezer, I found onion powder I bought from Iher* quite a while ago. I put it in the sourdough a few times and kept it, but I didn't have much left, so I made onion cheese cookies with onion powder and parmesan cheese powder. I didn't add salt because I wanted to eat it bland, but the completed cookie was a cookie with a crispy texture and a savory taste of Parmesan cheese with the scent of onions. I thought it would be good for a light snack, and of course, it's good for snacks. It was good that I could eat it without feeling burdened with olive oil. It's easy to make, but because of the sugar in onion powder and parmesan cheese, you need to be careful when baking to enjoy savory and crispy cookies. A savory onion cheese cookie! Let's make it
