Onion Cheese Cookies :: No Butter Baking
While organizing some spices I have in the freezer, I found onion powder I bought from Iher* quite a while ago. I put it in the sourdough a few times and kept it, but I didn't have much left, so I made onion cheese cookies with onion powder and parmesan cheese powder. I didn't add salt because I wanted to eat it bland, but the completed cookie was a cookie with a crispy texture and a savory taste of Parmesan cheese with the scent of onions. I thought it would be good for a light snack, and of course, it's good for snacks. It was good that I could eat it without feeling burdened with olive oil. It's easy to make, but because of the sugar in onion powder and parmesan cheese, you need to be careful when baking to enjoy savory and crispy cookies. A savory onion cheese cookie! Let's make it

Ingredients
  • Soft flour
    100g
  • Parmesan cheese powder
    10g
  • onion powder
    10g
  • olive oil
    35g
  • Milk
    25g
  • parsley powder
    1g
  • Salt
    little
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Mix milk, olive oil, and salt in a bowl with a whisk.
STEP 2/7
I skipped the salt, but if you don't add it, you can enjoy the savory taste, and if you add it, you can enjoy it salty. The Parmesan cheese powder is also seasoned, so I think you can refer to it and put it in as much as you want.
STEP 3/7
Sift flour, parmesan cheese powder, onion powder and parsley powder..
STEP 4/7
Mix it with a spatula and make it into a lump
STEP 5/7
Place a lump of dough between plastic bags or paper foil and push it with a rolling pin to 3mm thick.
STEP 6/7
Then shape it with a cookie cutter. I used a 6.5cm diameter cutter.
STEP 7/7
Use a scraper to pan carefully in the oven pan. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in a preheated oven (175 degrees for a regular oven) at 155 degrees Smeg. Remove from oven when edges are golden brown. The original taste of onions and parmesan cheese is better when the color is light
