STEP 1/6
Season the chicken.
Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces, add soy sauce, cooking wine, thoughts, and garlic, and mix them with your hands!
It's delicious if you leave it there for at least 10 minutes.
STEP 2/6
While the chicken is slightly marinated, cut it into bite-size vegetables.
I used eggplants, bell peppers, carrots, and pumpkins
In fact, if you want to eat it perfectly, you can make it more similar if you add potatoes and lotus roots.
(It'll be comfortable if you do it as if you're putting in cold green onion vegetables, right?)
STEP 3/6
Before the chicken is seasoned
We're going to fry the vegetables first. Fry the hard vegetables such as pumpkins and carrots first, and put the weak vegetables like eggplants and bell peppers in the oil and take them out.
