Stir-fried bean sprouts
My restaurant's favorite side dish that likes stir-fry more than seasoned vegetables

  • Bean sprouts
    600g
  • leek
    suitably
  • Cheongyang red pepper
    2ea
  • Soy sauce

  • Red pepper powder
    2TS
  • crushed garlic

  • Sugar

  • a natural seasoning

  • Sesame

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Rinse the bean sprouts thoroughly, put them in a royal pan, and add 4 tablespoons of water
STEP 2/5
Put the lid on and put it on top
STEP 3/5
Add soy sauce, red pepper powder, minced garlic, sugar, and a little bit of canola oil and stir-fry
STEP 4/5
Chop green onions and chili peppers and stir-fry them
STEP 5/5
Add sesame seeds and natural seasoning and stir-fry them
