Seaweed soup
Gulguk is a cool seaweed soup boiled with fresh oysters and seaweed fulvescens. You can add a little bit of tteokguk and boil it for tteokguk, or you can roll it in rice and eat it as seaweed oyster rice soup^^

Ingredients
  • Oyster
    300g
  • seaweed fulvescens
    120g
  • Radish
    1piece
  • Broth
    700~800ml
  • crushed garlic
    1spoon
  • leek
    1handful
  • Sesame oil
    1spoon
  • Korean style soy sauce
    1spoon
  • fish sauce
    1/2~1spoon
  • a thick salt
    1spoon
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/12
Put a spoonful of thick salt in the oyster and gently mix it with your hands to remove the oyster shell if it remains.
STEP 2/12
Put water in the oyster washed with salt and wash it by stirring gently with your hands.
STEP 3/12
Rinse them in water and drain the oysters.
Repeat 3 to 4 times to rinse with water.
(As you can see on the tray, there are a lot of foreign substances.)

Remove the cleaned oysters.

Rinse seaweed in water and scoop it out tightly.Wash it in water three to four times.

Put the pack back in boiling water and boil it for 10 minutes to make broth and prepare it.

Shred the radish and chop the green onion. Please chop up the garlic and prepare it.

Put sesame oil in a pot and stir-fry seaweed.When you cook seaweed soup, it's like stir-fried seaweed
Please stir-fry it.

Add shredded radish and stir-fry until the radish dies, then add oysters and stir-fry slightly.
STEP 10/12
Add 700 to 800ml of boiled anchovy stock and when it boils up, add 1 spoon of soy sauce, 1/2 spoon of fish sauce, and minced garlic and bring to a boil.

Lastly, add the green onion and boil it a little bit.
