If the bracken is not soft, boil it again and stir-fry it

Shred onions and green onions

Chop up the cheongyang and red cheongyang peppers

Add olive oil to the wok and add minced garlic, onions, and green onions

Stir-fry the onions until they are cooked

Add bracken and stir-fry it

*If the bracken is not soft, pour a little water, close the lid, and cook it again
*If it's too long to eat, cut it with scissors

Add kelp soy sauce (or dark soy sauce) and stir-fry it

Add sesame oil and sesame seeds and mix them

*The kelp soy sauce is made by adding dried kelp to the brewed soy sauce
*If the bracken is not soft, boil it again and cook
*If the bracken is long, cut it before cooking
