  • Soybean paste

  • Chinese cabbage dried radish greens

  • Shiitake mushroom

  • Potato

  • onion

  • Water
    175g
  • Red pepper powder

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Cut 50g of onion and 100g of potato into dice
STEP 2/6
Soak one shiitake mushroom
STEP 3/6
Put onion, potato, 80g of beef, 2T of soybean paste, 1t of red pepper powder, 1t of garlic powder (or ground garlic) in a rice cooker
*Put the soybean paste in the cut 2 spoons. Don't make it's too salty
STEP 4/6
Mix it and reheat it for 9 minutes
STEP 5/6
Add 100g of soaked shiitake mushrooms, cabbage dried radish greens (or cabbage leaves) and 175g of boiling hot water in a pot and reheat for 9 minutes
*You can add tofu or zucchini instead of cabbage radish
STEP 6/6
Add chopped green onions and wrap it up
